This was the perfect choice for a 50th birthday celebration. We were lucky enough to reserve a spot at the chefs counter, where we were able to see first hand our delicious dishes coming to life. They were incredibly well thought out and presented. The wine flight was a perfect pairing to the dishes. Santi Taura presented each dish and we loved the personal stories that accompanied them. The cuisine at the restaurant resembled homemade dishes with a touch of refinement, but it fell short of the expectations one might have for a Michelin one-star establishment. Notably, the restaurant could benefit from the expertise of a pastry chef, as the desserts lacked the sophistication and creativity you'd typically associate with such dining, often consisting of simple combinations like ice cream with crumbs.

Amazing culinary experience. The selection of the tasting menu is great and everything was delicious. It’s not worth going into too much detail since the menu changes all the time.

Santi Taura is brilliant in his creations and also his presentation. His passion for his food and his home island is clear throughout. It’s an absolute must to sit at the chef’s counter.

The setting was lovely, the service was knowledgeable and charming and the theatre and presentation well orchestrated. However, the main event was somewhat disappointing, not because the quality of ingredients was sub par, but rather, on this first visit, the sauces on the savoury corses were so strident and rich that they completely overwhelmed any delicacy or subtlety in the flavour of the key ingredient.
Call me old fashioned, but with ingredients so expertly and carefully selected, I believe they should be allowed to shine.
A very pleasant evening but not one we’ll be rushing to repeat when there is so much choice in fine dining around the world.

Booked the 11 course tasting menu with wine flight as a special treat. We were not disappointed. The whole experience was simply wonderful. The restaurant is classy and stylish. Santi Taura introduced himself to each table which was lovely. The food. There was not a scrap left on any of the plates. Amazing, complex, served with flair. Each dish has a story. I cannot emphasise enough how amazing this menu is. Thank you to the whole team for an evening to remember.
