What an excellent hotel!

Service at reception from Christina was second to none! I have never met such a helpful hotel worker in any hotel I have stayed at!

Service at the bar for drinks and food also very good!

Pool area lovely for a cool down.

Premium rooms are gorgeous. They seemed to be very recently decorated, it still smelt new! Worth paying the extra for a sea view too.

Location is great. Take the funicular down to a lower road, and then you are a couple minutes walk from the marina. Or ask at reception and they will get you a taxi to anywhere within seconds.

The reception is very rude and gives poor service. It is not possible to borrow towels. The light at breakfast is turned off 2 minutes after it is finished. The card for the room did not work and its hard to close the door. They guide you wrongly to the city. Generally bad atmosphere and not a nice hotel.

Really nice comfortable hotel, with nice views. There is a lift to bring you down to a lower street level, which was fantastic. Majority of the staff were so nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was great

Only negative, I've a physical disability, and the pool access is limited. Everytime that I wanted to gain access or leave the pool, there's 2 doors that need to be opened. One is push bar, which can't be opened from the outside, the other is locked, with only 1 key, that no one seemed to have. This put me off going to the pool. Relaxing was the main point of our holiday. Also bathroom access at the pool has a big step, again not suitable for someone with a disability.
