Stayed at this hotel three times now. Good location.

As usual booked a Deluxe Double room. Website clearly states these are "Located on the 5th and 6th floor of the hotel". On previous visits we had deluxe rooms on the high levels (can be noisy lower down). This time our 'Deluxe Double' room (215) was on the 2nd floor. In addition it had no Nespresso machine as advertised for Deluxe rooms.

Went to reception and spoke to Henry. He arranged a Nespresso machine and assured me room 215 was a Deluxe Double. I explained that it was not on floor 5 or 6 as the website clearly states. He said he was not aware of this and Double Deluxe rooms are throughout all floors in the hotel. If so please change your website.

If all Double Deluxe rooms are on floors 5/6 then we paid for a Double Deluxe but were given a Comfort Double. I replied to the official hotel review about this but one week later I have had no contact from hotel management. Please reply here for clarity for future guests.

We have been pretty much well received in this hotel but have to put a bad note on the wellness center : the massages are not of professional quality and the hostess is really not the most friendly we’ve seen. When the wellness center was full for the day she just replied she doesn’t have time, no more explanation, no offer to book later or anything. Her politeness was also of low standards..good hotel otherwise.

I own a boutique travel company in Palma and have a client staying at Saratoga in a couple of weeks. I have been in contact with the hotel staff regarding the rather complicated matter of securing a car rental for my client in the high season and they have been very accommodating, flexible and patient with our request. All in all, this is the best concierge service I’ve ever received from hotels here on the island and I’m very grateful to be working with them.
