Beautiful roof top terrace and really friendly staff, the downside was the price of the smallest Aperol Spritz I have ever seen at the cost of 12 € . I have been to lots of sky bars in Mallorca and this place is great with views of the cathedral etc. however the Aperol was in a small wine glass with two cubes of ice, therefore not even two mouthfuls of drink. Outrageous maybe you could check out Aperol Spritz in other places and compare. Disappointing.

Guest Experience – Hotel Saratoga
We stayed for 5 nights in this excellent hotel. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Our room was on the third floor and had a small balcony which got the sun in the late afternoon. It was clean and comfortable. One of us had a birthday while we were there and we were given a lovely tray with a small bottle of cava, chocolates and a hand-written note from the hotel. The roof terrace was lovely, but quite small with the usual issue of people reserving the sun beds all day. Very close to the old town and its many cafes, shops and sights of interest. Loved staying here!

We travelled with children and wanted a hotel with pool and within walking distanse to most sights. The hotel is close to Santa Catalina with many good restaurants. We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was super helpful and polite. Very good pool and sauna area downstairs and a lovely roof terrace also with pool. The location is exellent and we will definately come back.

An excellent hotel, professional staff, and all the facilities needed. I highly recommend this hotel. This was my second stay; I've already booked for fall 2024.
The location is superb, Santa Catalina right across the street and the Old Town with all its unique features close. El Corte Inglés is located right around the corner.
