Lovely hotel in a great location .
Friendly attentive staff , swift check in . Modern clean and stylish rooms and communal areas .
Breakfast was extensive with lots of choice and outside dining by the pool.
Two min walk to Santa Catalina with a street of nice restaurants and a few bars. Five to ten min walk to the Old Town and Cathedral

This hotel is decent! It really is! Absolutely fabulous location! Can’t beat it! The staff at reception - very very very friendly and they really do the best they can! I honestly didn’t eat there b/c there are too many places to walk within 2-10 minutes. The ONLY part I didn’t like was the beds! The bedding was not quality and honestly it was almost wear your flip flops in the shower in the bathroom. The room is clean BUT it wasn’t to my standards ! I had a gorgeous view of the cathedral. The vibe is great! I don’t have much bad to say just really the bedding could be improved. Rates are decent as well💚Thank you Saratoga

The hotel is in central Palma minutes from all the top shops and restaurants etc. The hotel is a four star and is spacious and spotlessly clean .With 3 pools,sauna,spa and bars all to enjoy. Great choice of food at breakfast and rooftop restaurant with great views over Palma Bay.

Superb modern and ultra clean hotel in an excellent location in Palma. It is located just far enough from the hussle of the centre. It is a quiet oasis. Staff are absolutely superb, extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern well equipped and scrupulously clean. The bathroom is again modern well equipped and scrupulously clean. The grounds are well maintained and landscaped. There are three pools. There is a very convenient restaurant next door. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre and sights.
This is the second time we have been there and I would have no hesitation returning or recommending it. It feels a very safe hotel.

The hotel is very good for all areas of palma and the minute you are the reception staff are very helpful , the was not ready but as soon as it was they called immediately.
The pool bar was looked after by Cristian who was very friendly and helpful also the staff on the roof top bar in the evening were also excellent.
