Good, but could have been better

Positives first - spotlessly clean property, high quality bedding, comfortable beds, well equipped rooms. Single rooms small (we knew that on booking) but adequate. Buffet style breakfast outstanding - everything incredibly fresh, high quality and utterly delicious! Location perfect for exploring beautiful Palma. Views from Sky bar amazing. Lunch excellent and very good value for money.

Less positive - Renovation works caused no disruption but unpleasant odour of sewage in one of the two lifts and also on opening window.
Cleaning staff “removed” two engraved glasses from my room (a gift). Eventually located and returned. Informed this was “a mistake”(!!!) Still waiting on an actual apology though.

Excellent Hotel

The location of the hotel can not be faulted being situated in an up-market shopping street just a pleasant walk from the old town, marina and numerous restaurants and bars. A taxi rank and bus stop are just a few metres away. We requested a room at the back of the hotel; it was quiet, with modern furniture and fittings and very comfortable. It had a huge balcony with table and chairs but the only outlook was of the blank gable end of the adjoining building just a couple of metres away and the sun never shone on it. The usual comprehensive self-service breakfast with an excellent range of hot and cold items was served in a light and airy room. There is a bar and small restaurant on the 8th. floor and a viewing terrace above that with superb views towards the cathedral. All staff that we met went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again to this hotel but will request a room at the back of the hotel on one of the upper floors to get a view.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of Palma

We stayed here just for one night last week, a large group of friends all booked in with us. The hotel is situated on a main shopping street in Palma with some very nice shops and bars. Very friendly staff and lovely rooms. Great roof top terrace too.
Breakfast was good with a wide choice available.
Highly recommended and will definitely go back to explore Palma again.

Room tip: The rooms over looking the street have a small balcony

Fantastic again

Definitely our favourite hotel in Palma ,always super friendly staff ,really good breakfast something for everyone. Lovely quiet cleans rooms with the best views if you know the room you want ,luckily we have had the same room the past few times, even with the renovations we wasn’t disturbed ,see you soon and thank you.

Great Location

This is a great hotel in a very central location. Room is a good size and great shower in the bathroom. Choice at breakfast is good - some hot dishes (eggs, beans, mushrooms and few meats), fruit, yogurts, cereals, bread, juice, pastries, muffins etc. No problem finding a seat at breakfast.

Great views from rooftop bar, around 2 euros 50 for a coffee so not overpriced either.

Good facility for storing baggage.

Only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the non smoking room smelt very strongly of smoke. They did deodorise the room once I informed them (I didn't ask to move room). I appreciate it's not their fault what clients do in the rooms but it would have been better if they'd deodorised before I arrived/asked as cleaner must have noticed the strong smell.

Would stay again

Room tip: I was advised rooms at rear are quieter (which I requested and was no external noise)
