This is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly. (Big shout out to Simone)
The rooms are fine despite people saying they were small in other reviews. What you would expect from a city hotel. The roof top pool is small with limited beds but we didn’t want to sunbathe (again it’s a city hotel so we didn’t expect a huge pool)

The hotel is immaculately clean.
Breakfast was lovely. We didn’t eat any other meals there.
I’m am coeliac and they made an omelette but put normal bread with it. I told them this and they took the food away and cooked a new omelette so that there was no risk of cross contamination.

We couldn’t keep our room as the hotel was full but they let us use the spa facilities for the day which was a godsend .
The hotel has great bus links and only a 15 minute walk to the port and old town.

We had a lovely stay. Thank you to the whole team.

Stayed for 2 relaxing nights. About 20 min walk to Palma centre.
Staff very friendly & helpful.
Double room with balcony 16m was snug - awkward with our large suitcases. We should have chosen a larger room as we didn’t use the balcony, instead we relaxed on the roof top terrace by the pool. Fridge with complimentary beverages was a lovely surprise.
Immaculately clean, rituals products in bathroom, comfy bed.
We had a very nice dinner here on our first night.
Breakfast portions were generous. We noticed a lot of locals came in for breakfast, or just coffee, so it’s a popular spot.
Very, very difficult to find car parking on the street. Wouldn’t recommend car rental.

Had a delicious Italian meal on night two in ‘La Bottega di Michele’ which was across the main road and down a side street. Found a nice bar after dinner directly across the main street from JS Palma, on the corner, (think it was called 80’s) which was buzzing with locals watching the soccer. Lovely atmosphere here, very friendly staff.
