I spent 8 nights here and would stay again. I was in Palma on business so did not want a beach resort and the Palladium was perfect. My room had a beautiful view including the harbour and castle in one direction and the Tramuntanas in the other. I could walk everywhere but buses were handy and the receptionist called taxis for me. Over the week I spoke to many staff from check in reception breakfast service to housekeeping and the bar/room service and the night porter. Everyone did their job with a positive attitude and nothing was too much trouble. I didnt have any problems so it was little things like a bus route question was responded to by them generating a timetable print out from the web or a map showing the nearest stamp sellers (tobaconists in Spain). many hotels are comfortable so I think having great staff can make a big difference in a longer stay.

Stayed as a party of 15 girls. The hotel was very clean and good location.
We had family rooms which had 1 bedroom & a double sofa bed in each so perfect for families, good size balcony too.
Breakfast was excellent quality & selection.
Staff were all very friendly & helpful, all in all a perfect stay.

We have returned from our annual visit to Palma - last year we stayed in the Palladium Hotel for the first time and it was an enjoyable experience so we decided to use it again this year and we were not disappointed in any way. The same excellent standard is still in evidence. Hotel is modern in central location; room was clean and very comfortable; good buffet breakfast and all the hotel personnel are very friendly and extremely helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bars in immediate vicinity. Highly recommended.
