Don’t expect much from this hotel other than it being in a great location. It’s central to most things, making it easy to walk to many tourist attractions. The rooms are basic at best but clean. Decent balconies with great views. The staff is helpful but not very good masters of English so be prepared to use some translation device if you don’t speak any Spanish.

Booked as part of a package through Jet2 holidays, we had a premium room on the 8th floor with views from the balcony across the whole bay taking in the cathedral and all of the cruise ships and ferries coming and going. Whilst a half hour walk from the cathedral, right opposite the hotel the Number 1 bus service that runs regularly, direct to the airport, also stops at the cathedral and the main square for buses, including the explorer bus and trains to the rest of the island, including the scenic train to Soller, linking to the tram to Port Soller. Included breakfast with excellent choices was great.
