The hotel was quite quiet, so I was surprised to see so many people in the spacious breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was relatively extensive (though there were no fired or scrambled eggs) and breakfast was included in the low room rate. Hotel staff were helpful.

Good hotel. Clean and in de middle of the centre. We visited Toledo with a group of 40 people for 5 days.
On the roof of the hotel is a bar with a beautifull view over the city. Every night we closed the day with a final drink on the terras of the bar.

Also our last night. But it seemed there was a closed party. We asked if we could have a final drink in a corner of the terras with 10 friends because it was our final evening. It was not possible and we were sended away.

We came with a group of 40 and the hotel and bar earned a lot of money every day. To receive this on our last night is not the service you expect. For that reason just 1 point. Seems money is more important then customer service for this hotel.

Dear Guest,

Thanks for your comments about us; your feedback is really important. I'm sorry to hear about your experience in the last night. Unfortunatly we close every Monday, except the last one that we contrat a special event in the roof for a group. Sorry If you feel bad about our decision. We try to do best the next time.

I would love to see you again in our hotel!

Warm Regards,

Judith de la Cruz

The room was clean and tidy and the beds were made up each day by the staff. There is a terrace bar which opens in the evening which has great views of the city at night and is not expensive. Gas heaters keep it warm. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
The downside is that the only meals are at breakfast. OK there are plenty of restaurants in the immediate area, but it would have been nice to be able to eat in after a day's walking round the city.

Room Tip: Our room at the front was extremely noisy until 4am, with their clients out in the open square. Our friends at the rear heard anything.

Stayed at this lovely hotel conveniently situated in a quiet area of this beautiful old historic city of steep narrow cobbled streets & loads of beautiful place to see. The room was modern, very clean, twin beds pushed together. A lovely modern en suite bathroom with bath/ shower. The room had a safe & small fridge, plenty of hangers, & quiet hot/ cold air con.! The hotel only provided breakfast, no other meals. This was a traditional serve yourself buffet, with cereals, ftuit ,cold meats, do your own toast, & machines for hot drinks & juice. No fresh cooked foods, e.g. bacon & eggs. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice hotel, very well located, you can walk to all the attractions. All rooms are different, some are very small and others are bigger. Good buffet breakfast. A lot of choices. Rooms are spotless. No carpets. Very helpful attentive staff.
