Our favorite place to eat Gaspacho - they bring tons of chopped up veggies and croutons. Beware of ordering something that's not on the menu - we ordered an extra side of patatas bravas (a typical side order in Spain that usually cost between one and three euros). They charged us 10 euros claiming that we sat upstairs and ordered off the menu. The same dish in their tapa menu downstairs was 2 euros. But that's typical for Spanish dining experience - if you are sitting in the upstairs of the restaurant, everything costs a lot more. All their menu items are excellent though, it's one of the oldest and more well known restaurants in Burgos.
