This is actually my second event with Ella & Alberto...joined a pop-up dinner with them in early March and the food was so amazing that I wanted to learn how to make it from them! We had an insightful visit to the Boqueria Market, followed by hours of fun chit-chat, learning better knife skills, drinking wine, eating snacks, cooking a seriously large meal, and of course, sitting down with the group to eat. My friend and I so LOVED our day, as they are kind, patient, professional chefs that love sharing their space and their knowledge of great food. They had alternative options for me to create vegetarian dishes, and I appreciated that every detail, including meal presentation, is thought of. It is worth every euro to spend time in their kitchen, and I know that I will be returning for future events with them.
