Nice new opening in the area of Urgell with a very inviting atmosphere. Owner on the top and we managed with my lack of Spanish and bit of Russian and her bits of English to get all my favorites: Blinis with Caviar (excellent fluffy), Okroshka with kvass (I usually prefer the keffir version, but it was just as good), Cutlet with mashed potatoes. All prepared with fresh ingridients, predomenant the usual taste of fresh dill. All together for the food, two glasses of wine, a water, an espresso and a obligatory vodka I paid some 22 EUR, which is a great value.
