I am a leader for Ramblers Worldwide Holidays and my Group of 18 persons had a fascinating half day tour exploring the architectural gems of Barcelona. Our guide, Miguel Angel Borras, is an incredibly enthusiastic and passionate Architect, and he brought to life the fascinating development of Barcelona. His knowledge of the various Architects whose genius has created the many unique buildings and life style of this wonderful city is unsurpassed. He speaks excellent English and delivers the subject with style and panache. An excellent tour.

My husband and I took the Gaudi tour with Ricard who shared his knowledge and passion for the work of Gaudi and the broader history of architecture in Barcelona. We really enjoyed this walk and Ricard's commentary. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in Gaudi's work, architecture or city development.

The thing that stood out about this guided walk in comparison to other guided tours was that our guide Ricardo was an architect himself with a depth of knowledge and passion for his subject that could not be matched by the typical guide.
The walk took 3 hours and covered the development of Gaudi's practice and its relationship to the rebuilding of the city from the late 19th to early 20th century. My wife uses a walking stick and we were a bit concerned about keeping up but the walk was well paced with some opportunities to sit and rest while Ricardo talked about various buildings and their relationships to the surrounding architecture.
Overall great value and the perfect start to a Barcelona visit.
