I really enjoyed my walk! It was what I was looking for: very insightful, highly interesting and definitely different than the normal tourist walk!
I also got so many ideas for my next trip to Barcelona!

Jordi gave a great tour of the new neighborhood and buildings by the Agbar Building. His enthusiasm for the area and city were apparent. His presentation included maps and pictures so that we could easily picture the where's and why on how Barcelona has developed as it has. His observations and comments on how and why these new buildings were developed was much enjoyed. I highly recommend him!

My husband and I spent a gorgeous afternoon on an architectural walk with Ricard last week and I thoroughly recommend that others share this excellent experience. Richard, an architect by training, was full of rich, historical stories that allowed us to see the city through a different lens. We did the Barcelona and the Sea tour and I would definitely book one of the others the next time we are in the city. Really great personalised tours.

Miguel scheduled 2 tours for me that were spectacular!
The first tour, RETHINKING CITIES, was led by Jordi and explored the history of the city as we walked through the evolutionary development of the city as centered around Plaça de les Glories. Jordi brought pictures, personal insights, and a strong level of urban knowledge based on his recent studies. It was fantastic!
The second tour, GAUDI, was led by Ricardo and introduced me to the development of Gaudi's work from Casa Calvert to the Casa Battlo. Ricardo, a native of Barcelona, shared his architectural expertise and extensive understanding of Antoni Gaudi's master works that were both informative and enjoyable.
Again, I can think of no better way to learn about Barcelona than through this tour!

We are not fans of typical tours, but this tour was not typical. A very small group with a very knowledgeable guide, Ricard, made this tour a great experience. It included information about architecture in general, the history of Barcelona, and city planning. Our tour focused on Gaudi and was a good way to be introduced to this city. We'd highly recommend it!
