I have booked an annex building. Hotel is not for critical persons. Normal hotel about 2-3** for some days at the Sitges. Room is clean, Good wifi. No breackfast. Freage working good. Air conditioner working poor but acceptable. 10 min walk to gay area and beach. Douche is stationary fixed at the wall.

Very friendly staff, very clean, as central as you get, quirky lift! How come places like this can do the basic stuff so well (free wifi, relaxed check out) when other 4 star places still have yet to grasp what people consider to be basic service. Tilework in the bathroom needed a bit of work but I'd stay here every time I visit. This wasn't my first visit either, but it was the first sea view which was an unexpected bonus.

If you are looking for a very central basic hotel then this is it.
Situated in a busy shopping street bang in the middle of all the shops and restaurants.
The hotel is based above a small restaurant which sells burgers and pizzas.
On arrival receptionist was friendly, polite and informative.
Given a key to small safe in reception area (no room safes), this was free and easy to access.
I had requested a balcony room by email prior to going and received confirmation a few hours later.
My room was at rear of hotel with an enormous balcony which formed part of a terrace of around 3 rooms.
It was quiet and had snubbed and tables.
Be aware guests from adjoining rooms have free access to your area of balcony which is separated by curtains.
Room had 2 singles, very small TV and good size bathroom.
No fridge and very difficult to access power points. Only points being in bathroom and above TV. Not good for charging phones etc but usable.
On arrival room had large puddle from leaking air-con which was reported to reception and repaired within hour.
No breakfast is provided. Booking.com state one is available to purchase but it's not.
This is a shame as the restaurant could easily provide a breakfast and would save hunting around in morning.
Overall, this is a safe, pleasant hotel in a central location, 5 minutes from beach.

I cannot speak highly enough, for a budget hotel this was such a great find! Staff are absolutely lovely, hotel is very clean, beds are comfy & shower was fab! Décor & bed linens are pretty dated but if you want a room like the Malmaison then pay Malmaison prices!
Location was perfect, straight into the heart of the town so great for a group of friends or couple. Free use of the safe, free wifi...what more do you want?!

Room Tip: The front of the hotel is on a busy drag so if you like your sleep ask for the rear of the hotel. We had 308 which had a terrace, only problem was Marmaduke the local pooch over the way with the big bark!
