First of all, if you don't yet know that Sitges is among the great small towns in the EU, check it out. When staying here you might spend more for more luxury - but then if you are spending your time properly in Sitges you won't be in your room much anyway!

And the rooms here are just fine. I was pleasantly surprised the first time and have been back multi-times since. Each room had its own charm. Some older and smaller, some in the second building a bit down the street are more modern and larger - but really, all great value. I have paid an unbelievable $40-$65 per night here always - which includes a nice breakfast buffet - and dollar for dollar, it's tops in value. With a feel that is a cross between a bed & breakfast and a 3-star boutique hotel, there is a little lounge off the front desk and I have enjoyed many evenings after dinner having cocktails with other guests from around the world. Also a cozy and charming outdoor pool and hot tub area...

Mark at the desk in the afternoon/evenings is particularly helpful, attentive - and always remembers me...what a wonderful "ambassador" of the hotel - as is the morning front desk person whose name I don't recall right now - but also very friendly and helpful and has been there also for years.

One great feature of this hotel is location if you want to spend time in Barcelona. Whether business or for pleasure, the Renfe train station is a short 2.5 blocks and takes you to Barcelona Sants in 30 mins for about 2 Erios round trip. The hotel is also located on a lovely little street of shops. (Since much of the town is pedestrian only, be forewarned you may have to walk about a half short, flat block with your bags if you arrive by taxi. Taxi to or from Barcelona or airport is about 70 Euros.)

You can walk down to the ocean in 5 mins (uphill some of the way coming back, so you need to be a walker...). So bottom line, if you can stay in this good-enough little friendly hotel for so little per night, why spend $125 - $300+ down by the water for a room you will barely spend time in because there is sooooo much to do and see in Sitges - including meeting the many wonderful people who call Sitges home.

The hotel is nicely centrally located, very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast. View from the window is just a wall, but the room itself is nice. Good bathroom, good bed.
Definitely worth the money

Absolutely delicious food and a good value for money (a really varied dinner for 13,50 euros). Very comfy room and excellent facilities. The staff is helpful and friendly.
We'll surely stay there again!

The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk from the station and to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants within an easy stroll (and shops if that is your thing). The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a great bed. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. An excellent breakfast was available from 8 - 12 each morning, complimentary afternoon tea from 3pm and optional buffet dinner 8 - 10. We didn't sample the dinner but breakfast was great with all you can drink Cava, juices, tea and coffee; full range of hot and cold food options and eggs to order. We had lovely stay and intend to return.

Room Tip: Room 101 looks directly onto the Carnival route and feels as if you are in the parade (loud and noisy until 2.30am) which worked for us but might not for everyone.

The hotel is in a great location for transport and the beach. The room is large and very comfortable with aircon and fridge and all toiletries. and spotless. Powerful walkin shower with different jets Huge comfy bed with a pillow menu. There's a small jacuzzi on the roof and another larger one near the pool.(you can get beach towels and parasols)The hotelstaff are all very cheerful and friendly and the breakfast has to be seen to be believed! Everything you could possibly want and even cava. The desk staff are very helpful and sort out any problems quickly. They even serve tea and cakes in the afternoon . Can't fault the service or the value .Highly recommended
