We went here on a recommendation from my dad who used to frequent this place 30 years ago. He said they were very good then and hadn't been back for years. I decided to give it a go when I was in the area. Cannot fault it. We ordered a "parrillada", which came with a bottle of white wine, a jug of water and some bread (oh! and we were given a piece of tuna empanada as an appetiser, which was amazing). Although on entering, you might not think much of it, don't be put off by its looks. It appears to have been untouched for the past decade. Please look past it and order some food. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be going back next time we are in Madrid.
