I give this restauran 2 because of the nice waiter. it was our first restaurant in Madrid, we were just walking and saw a ver nice place (it looks good on the outside). FIRST MISTAKE. Since we did not know how the food was at the place, we order some essentials from Spanish kitchen that a restaurant in the middle of Madrid just can't go wrong. SECOND MISTAKE we ordered jamón ibérico which it was in a plate full of olive oil which look more like a oil soup with some jam. If you wonder how to ruin something as easy as cutting a jam and put it in a plate, this is the right recipe. Next plate was Salmorejo taste like tomato from a can. Last but not least croquetas de jamón. Come on ! Texture was the same as a McDonald's hash brown. Can't tell about the rest of the menu but if you have a Spanish restaurant and can't manage this three dishes something is wrong. But again our waiter was very nice.
