I cannot praise the standard of this villa highly enough. It is exactly as you see in the photos. The best part for us was how private the pool/patio area was and it was bathed in sunshine from early morning until sundown. The whole Villa is Faultless in every way, and the wi-fi was a godsend for my teenage daughter who could keep in touch with all her friends.

travelled with family to this excellent villa in spain , only 15 mins travel from murcia airport to the front door of the villa !
The villa has everything you could wish for ,satellite television , wifi , dvd player etc , home from home !
furnished beautifully and the pool was gorgeous , The property overlooks the golf course , my husband enjoyed the golf while the children enjoyed the pool !
Whilst there you can use all the facilities of the hotel on site , bars and restaurants are within walking distance , many of which will deliver to the villa , we also bought food and drink from the supermarket and barbequed some evenings ,
Had such a good time we have booked again for next year !

Service:- As soon as we had booked the villa the owner sent us regular updates that could effect our holiday I.E car hire, events that would be taking place on the site as well as local town events, bottle of wine & welcome card was a great touch.
Villa has excellent position on the Polaris World Golf Resort Mar Menor close to all the facilities proved by Polaris World, Pub, Restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts Etc.
Mar Menor beach in Los Alcazares town is only ten minutes away & is a fantastic place to visit.
Villa has sun on pool and patio all day, great view of the golf coarse from the balcony. Heated pool was fantastic great for cooling down during the hot days as well as warm to swim & play during evening & night separated from the patio area with small fence & gate very safe for children. fixtures & fittings great I could not think of of one single thing that was not provided,
Covered patio was great especially if you have children/teenagers that want their own space.
Information on restaurants, take aways, food delivery services, places of interest to visit, local markets etc etc,
Summary:- Nothing I did not like, fantastic fantastic holiday will definitely book again.
