I went a few days ago with a friend of mine and we would definitely go again since the service was quick and they brought out the dishes accordingly. We tried the maki with foie which was delicious and interesting as something new. It is expensive, however, we left feeling full, and after all, we are in pamplona so in terms of good sushi there are very few options.

I have eaten many times in Koku Sushi, teh food is excellent and teh price very reasonable. It is a must! It normally gets full very soon so you better call in advance to book a table.
Be advised that now they have moved to the city center in Hotel Avenida close to Plaza Principe de Viana, with a very nece decoration and a bigger dining room.
You better try it soon! :)

I have been in Koku several times already and it is no doubt the best Japanese in Pamplona (the town Barañain is next to Pamplona and it is easy to reach by bus, taxi, walking....). The restaurants is a small place hidden in a square.

Food is very good quality. Tuna is exceptional, tuna tataki especially recommended. It is not so easy to find so nice red tuna around. The rest of the fish is also very good, very fresh and sushi is very well presented. Options include some teriyaki, noddles, etc for people who do not like raw fish.

Sake is very good and they have many Japanese beers.

Service is extremely nice (not very common in the area either). They are very smiley, helpful and quick. Place tends to be full in the weekends, so reservations is recommended. They usually do two seatings in busy nights. Restaurant also has take away.
