Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of pastries, fruits, fresh juices, deli meats, and some hot selections (could use some improvement on more hot items). My kids loved walking through the gardens and found a soccer court. They were kicking the ball around with another boy that was staying at the hotel as well. Executive lounge had a great selection. Our stay was over New Year’s Eve and there was a live singer and music. I would definitely be bringing the family back.

This place is a 5 star hotel for sure!! It was so immaculate and gorgeously decorated for Christmas. Everything everywhere is high end. There is a 10 minute walk through the arch (secret way) that takes you to a very active street of restaurants, stores, bars, street vendors and the main square. The whole town is decorated to the max for the holidays. Amazing!

We were in room 420 &421 that have an amazing view of Mt. Vesuvius and the ocean. Breath taking. The main lobby restaurant has a limited menu but good food at reasonable prices for a hotel. The executive lounge is really just the main lobby lounge. But they do offer free snacks and wine and beer. Great variety of snacks too. Giseppi was our bartender the whole time. His is an amazing server. He addressed us by last name starting on the first day. He was social and kind, super friendly. He is an exceptional representative of the hotel.

Pina greeted us at the main desk and we saw her each evening after that. She was very aware of the long travel day we had to get there, just by observing my and my families demeanor. She was fantastic! She handled getting our luggage up to our room and parking our large van. She simply shared with us where the bar and executive lounge was. Which is exactly what we needed. She said to worry about nothing and we were slowly able to mellow out. She was super helpful during the trip to suggest places to see, do and where to eat. She was so professional and an excellent example of 5 star service. We can’t say enough about the two of them!

Breakfast each morning had traditional and some American options for breakfast which was appreciated. One morning we even had fresh squeezed OJ! Try the green apple juice. It’s great.

The indoor pool looks extremely luxurious and they have a new tennis court with a view. Apparently their is a top floor restaurant but we did not go there. Rooms are huge and have every bath need you want including a shower cap and comb!

We would love to come back any time!!!
