This small hotel is right on the waterfront, though not in a central location. Still, a short walking distance from a number of restaurants and from the Metro 2 line. Also, safe to walk around in the evening. The rooms are charming, with a retro-modern decor, and the wi-fi works very well. And now the not so good stuff: avoid the morning breakfast, just get out and eat at one of the local bars. Also, the eating system didn't work in my room, and it got a bit chilly at night. Finally, one of my towels definitely smelled from accumulated humidity. They've got a good thing going, a little more attention to the details would make this a really good place to stay when in Naples.

We stayed recently at this hotel in our visit to Naples. It isn't really a boutique hotel, I would call it a very nice B&B instead. They are located in a flat of a residential building and don't have 24 hour reception, in fact they don't have reception at all except when guests are expected. They are available through the phone in the room during their working hours, though.

The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room and it's a nice continental breakfast with freshly baked croissants. No sign of eggs and bacon, though. If you are an addict better check with them first.

One serious snag though is the location. It all depends on your trip purposes whether the location makes sense for you, but as tourists wanting to see the city's sights and to use Naples as a base for day trips to Pompeii, Paestum and other attractions, we would have been better off somewhere closer to the central train station at Piazza Garibaldi.

Except for the location issue, not really under their control, I had a nice stay at H Rooms. It has some drawbacks, but if you know them in advance and don't mind them I guess you could do much worse.

Stayed in the rooms in November 2015,the rooms are right on the sea front in a large block,if you are driving not to easy to find although the sat nav on my phone took us right to the door, the only sign for the rooms was small and difficult to see,the rooms are on the second floor of the block with a courtyard in the middle,we had informed the person in charge that we would arrive at about 12 noon driving from the airport, however when we arrived and found the rooms only an Italian lady was there who didn't speak any English she called Natalia who arrived soon after and settled us into our rooms which were clean and quite well appointed, parking outside the hotel is almost impossible but you can park in a garage about 5 mins walk away costing €13 per night. If you are driving the traffic is horrendous and I mean HORRENDOUS!!!!! I drive in central London every day this is something else NO RULES AT ALL,if you like driving as I do it is quite fun but be aware you'll need a sat nav.One major point that I would make is that you are given keys to the whole building there is no one in charge of the rooms after 8pm with no real instruction what do do if something goes wrong,it is secure there are four doors to get through the to get into your room.if you want to be in central Naples I would think this is the place to be we went to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum which is about 30mins away depending on the traffic.nice rooms but not to well run.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the beach front which is great for walks or simply relaxing and taking in the views.

The Hotel itself is extremely well decorated, clean and well managed. Our room was very spacious and included fridge, air conditioning and Wifi access.

The hotel is within a close distance to many nice restaurants, we ate mainly down by the castel dell ovo which is great. There is also a great pizza place called 50 Kalo around the corner which does amazing food.

The hotel is well run Alesando made us feel most welcome and gave us some useful information and tips about the area. He also helped organise our taxi in the early hours of the morning which was much appreciated.

All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again one day.

Very nice location, quite near the shore and next to a large train station that will easily connect you to other city areas. You need to arrange with the manager to wait for you upon your arrival, or else you'll be in trouble. This isn't exactly a hotel - but rather a place with rooms and some service in the morning. Manager a bit moody - especially when he found out we were arriving late the first night. Internet is lame but this seems to be the case almost everywhere in Italy.
