I've visited Naples many times - it's a beautiful, lively, art filled city that too many tourists miss in the rush to get to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. I've stayed in several good hotels (including "five star" properties), but this is by far the best. The hotel is small, extremely centrally located (central to the historic districts, affluent Chiaia district and harbor), and the staff is absolutely excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop (gorgeous view of the sea, Vesuvius & Capri), and my room was quiet with a very comfortable bed including excellent linens. Highly, highly recommend the Hotel Miramare.
