This trip we loved everything:the city, the sea, our B&B, location & place itself.Paola was the best.Just listen to her advises, while she is making your coffee...everything she says is useful ;) Just have your own great stay right in the ancient heart of a beautiful city...Just one example of Paola's explanations:
There in the square (Piazza garibaldi ) there is a metro line 1 direction Piscinola. Your stop is Dante (the 3rd).

Going out Dante you are in a big square. Behind you, there is the statue of Dante and on  the right side a little street where people sell books PORTALBA go there and at the end across the road in front of you. You are in S. PIETRO A MAIELLA go on for this street and when you see a Chemistry on the right side, turn on the right (street name is Raimondo De Sangro di Sansevero). We are in the second flat on the right side. Under there is an interpone with our name. Infront of us there is a shop “RESTAURO”.

This is perfect for Naples if you are looking for B&B it's very clean, simple, you have your own key, fabulous part of Naples, the breakfast is all you could wish for Italian style. The owners are charming and super welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return. Good English spoken. Pay cash when leaving.

I stayed at Centro Antico for 7 night. B&B's location is very good: direct in the city center, next to main sights and streets with nice restaurants/bars. I would recommend to visit Capella Sansevero situated nearby - magnificent and mystic.
I liked my room as well - nice furnished, with two big windows.
Paola - the administrator - was very helpful. She assisted to order a taxi with fix price, advised best ways to get to sights, was very open and communicable!

We stayed at B&B Centro Antico for two nights in May 2014. It was a nice apartment on the first floor of a building. The room we got was quite spacious, with a small, cute balcony overlooking the street. The room had basic furnishings and linen, so did the bathroom. The room was comfortable. There is no air conditioning - it was fine for May, but might need to check in the summer. The street outside is noisy all night - but the windows are very effective in keeping the noise out.

Paola, who received us when we arrived, was sweet and helpful. She gave us all required information about local itineraries as well as for our trip to Capri. She can speak very good English.

The location is very good - right at the corner of Via Tribunali, which is one of the two main street of Naples. Few of the best pizza places in Naples are a walking distance from the apartment (Sorbillo, Di Matteo).

The breakfast at B&B Centro Antico was very basic - a sweet croissant, juice and coffee.

Stayed here in the first leg of our honeymoon to Italy and we both loved it! The rooms were very clean, the location couldn't be better, and the staff was exceptional and friendly. Our luggage didn't make it to Italy somehow for our first three days, but the owners called the airport and airliner many times on our behalf, and even met the courier for us (when the luggage finally showed up). The breakfast was exceptional every day, too. Trust their dinner/sightseeing recommendations! Will hopefully return to this beautiful city again, and wouldn't stay anywhere except Centro Antico! Thank you for helping to make our honeymoon memorable, Paola e Gigi.
