The facility sent a car to pick us up at the airport, which I paid dearly for, the driver was rude and inconsiderate. He did not know how to get to the Inn so he made us get out a block away with all our bags, obviously a bad start. We contacted the person that was to check us in and the problems just continued. He had no answers for any questions nor were any of the items stated in the description provided. The place is in a residential area not close to any stores or even a cafe. Taxis and Uber cannot negotiate the street so getting out of the area was a horrible experience. Maybe the most frustrating thing was I had no way to call owner or manager. Email was the only contact method and an answer was 18-24 hours away.
I made a huge mistake thinking that this place would be a more authentic stay in Rome, I was wrong. The price was high and I got a poor experience, next time a known hotel.
