My girlfriend and I spent a week in Rome in June 2015. We stayed at this B&B and we can't say enough about this structure and its owner Francesco. He's really involved in providing the best experience to his guests. He arrived every morning at a time of our choice to prepare a delicious breakfast. He also gave us great recommendations for dinners in the area.
The B&B is spacious, recently renovated and cleaned every day. The locations is excellent, easily assessable on foot to all of Rome's attractions but at the same time it's quite reserved.
The price is not the cheapest in Rome, but it's absolutely reasonable for what you get. We strongly recommend this B&B.

We stayed at this b&b for five nights stay in May, even though we changed several high-priced hotels during our four weeks trip in Italy, we definitely have spent here the best days of our trip. Me and my friend rented both rooms so we enjoyed the whole apartment ourselves. We received an excellent welcome by the young and charming owner Francesco. At the first glance we were really surprised he was the manager of the b&b, because of his age, but we changed our mind soon and actually we would not be amazed if he was running a bigger place. By agreed with him, we alterned sweet-breakfast (taste pastries) and salty-breakfast (eggs,ham,toast)...both absolutely yummy :)
Host, cleaning and location (few steps away from S.Maria di Trastevere) are amazing, that's why we personally reccomend this place to all those who are looking for the best b&b in Rome.

I can't say enough about Francesco and his B&B. We rented the entire apartment(3 rooms). It was spotless, spacious and in a great location. He came and made us breakfast every morning. His english was very good and he was willing to help in any way he could. If I were going to Rome this would be my first choice and I have been to Rome 5 times.

We loved our four nights at the loggetta. We rented the full lodging - two bedrooms and a shared bath (another bedroom is available too.) Francesco speaks excellent English and responds quickly to email inquiries from the United States. He greeted us promptly on arrival and showed us into a spacious lodging with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. The location is excellent, easily assessable on foot or by public transportation to all of Rome's attractions. Francesco arrived every morning at a time of our choosing to prepare a delicious breakfast. He is absolutely charming and gave us great recommendations for dinners in the area. We can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights late December-early January and absolutely can confirm all the great things written about it in previous reviews. It is in a great position in a quiet part of Trastevere, a short stroll will take you to a number of bus and tram stops making access to all parts of Rome very easy. Public transport is cheap and easy to navigate. We arrived at Rome Termini from Florence and easily managed to catch a bus with our suitcases to a nearby stop. There are lots of restaurants in Trastevere within easy walking distance.

We booked both rooms so had the whole apartment to ourselves (there are 2 double bedrooms, one large bathroom and a kitchen). The rooms are well represented on the website, and actually look nicer in real life. They are exceptionally clean, comfortable and cosy. Our host Francesco is lovely, he is happy to provide advice and answer any questions. He prepares a lovely breakfast to your taste at a time that suits you with freshly brewed coffee, and indeed the fridge is stocked with drinks (soft drinks, juices, water) and yoghurts, snacks are also provided complimentary. After breakfast Francesco leaves, and returns later to clean the apartment, usually while you are out, so he is not intrusive at all. Shampoo and body wash is provided, as are toothbrushes. We had such a lovely surprise when we arrived back at the apartment on NYE and found champagne/chocolates/biscuits waiting for us on the kitchen table, it was such a nice and unexpected gesture.

There is a good restaurant (Cattive Compagnie) just next door which we had dinner at twice, would recommend you visit if you do stay here. Fresh and tasty food at reasonable price.

There was only one night when there was some street noise from revellers late at night, but otherwise we found it nice and quiet, good to close the shutters on the windows at night. There is a small "corner shop" down the road, handy to pick up things like fruit, hair conditioner, etc.

We were extremely happy staying here. Communication and booking with Francesco was easy and smooth. The price is very reasonable considering what you get. It really felt like a home away from home, so nice to get back to our warm apartment after a long cold day out exploring all that Rome has to offer. If we do come back to Rome, we would stay here again without a doubt. It was the best accommodation we had in our time in Italy!
