The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had all that one needs when visiting Rome -simple with all basic amenities & comfy beds. The location was central within walking distance of the main Roman tourist attractions & public transit. The breakfast was simple - classic to what you receive in Italy cheese, yogurt, breads etc. Plus Free WiFi.

The rooms were nice and clean. Our family of five (adults) had room to move. The breakfast had a good selection and service was very attentive. When needing anything the service was very helpful. Only one issue was the lap top we requested was broken. We were able to use the WIFI on our phones to get our communications. The hotel was close to the train metro and bus terminal. The street was not too busy or noisy. Good restaurants close by too. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is an old building that is fixed up nicely and is very central for visiting in Rome. The breakfast is very generous and the service is friendly and prompt. Rooms tend to be small but this is Rome. Everything was clean and well equipped.

It's located near to main metro station terminus which is 10 minutes stroll away. Hotel has an antique elevator and surprisingly well maintained- no creeks . The reception staff are polite and quick to check in . A staff helped us with the luggage to our room and did not ask for tip - impressed!
The room is small but has all the basic amenities. A large mirror on the right and bathroom on the left. Television with free channels but all in Italiano . A kettle with clean glass on a table below a medium size television set attached to the wall . A cabinet on the side which has a small fridge in it with drinks - charged to the room. A small window with heavy curtain to curtain the sunlight.A medium sized bed on the left with side cabinets, side lamps attached to the wall . A socket to charge your phone on either side but you should arrange your own chargers specific for Europe. A bigger wall cabinet on the side of the bed which has a digital safe. Hangers avail for clothes and an iron board on the side . Bathroom is clean with free basic amenities- shampoo pouch , soaps , hair dryer attached to the wall . On one side is bath shower cubicle, other side is the toilet seat with a clean basin in front. Plenty of white , clean towels. Floor is tiled , has a cold air conditioner which works well and reasonably silent.
Bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows.
There is a range of restaurants and markets nearby which was open till 2 am in the morning on a Wednesday night when we went out for stroll and had a pizza .
Shuttle services were provided at a cost but we arranged it ourselves from airport online . Metro is a 10 minutes walk away if you are taking a metro . Major tourist attraction is 10 -20 minutes walk away .
In all ,a decent place to stay at a affordable price.

Our room was very nice! The entire staff work hard to meet our needs. Locate of the Hotel was great for walking tours or getting to public transportation. There were many local restaurants with in walking distance, plus locate shops. The breakfast the hotel served was great!
