Stayed here one night to facilitate trip to Fiumicino airport to fly home the next morning. Made reservations online and was delighted to find such a lovely place on relatively short notice.

The room was compact but perfectly equipped. Excellent bed and pillows, superb bathroom, good internet, and a perfect location. They provided a recommendation for dinner, a restaurant two doors down the street, and it was outstanding.

Room tip: most rooms are probably similar; seem quiet for a hotel in the city center

Hotel Mancino 12 has a perfect location for exploring the Historcal pasrts of Rome. We also had time fore a privite celebration at an exelent Rastaurant. Our stay was as good as we had hopes for. If we ever come back to Rome we might stay att the same hotel or somewhere else in the nearby surrondings

Fantastic location with friendly staff, as other reviewers have stated it is very easy to walk to the main attractions from the hotel. The hotel itself sits down a narrow road off the main road which gives it the added bonus of being very quiet in the rooms. Room furnishings are fresh and modern. Overall very impressed with this hotel and would happily stay again.

Super modern boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, less than a 10 minute walk from the trevi fountain. Its located on a small side street so its very quiet without a ton of foot traffic directly out front. I stayed in the suite with a very large beautiful and serene private terrace and a separate sitting room with a sofa bed. The bathroom is very modern with a beautiful black stone spa shower plus with heated floors and towel rack. The bed was very comfortable and the black out curtains would have let me sleep in if I didnt have to be up for a flight. The free breakfast had a large selection in a small dining area in the lobby. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend it, especially upgrading to the suite.

First time in Rome and wanted to be close to the action. This hotel is exactly that, and within a few steps you are in the heart of it. We spent 4 nights here and loved it. The rooms, while small, were nicely equipped with nice amenities, such as a fridge, soap, shampoo, etc. We were on the 3rd floor and took the stairs as the elevator is very small and we did not mind the windy steps. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. When we needed a taxi, they were there immediately. This hotel does not include breakfast, but we did try it on our first day. That was convenient. Would definitely stay here again as you could not beat the price with the location.
