“Affordable tasty sandwiches by the Vatican”
Reviewed 1 week ago via mobile

We came here after the Wed Papal Audience looking for affordable, yummy food. Trip Advisor didn't disappoint! Our sandwiches were hearty and yes, affordable. The space is super small but we got there before the lunch rush so we got some seats. The staff is friendly and patient, my Spa-Italian (I'm fluent in Spanish so my Italian had a Spanish accent, which is still no bueno) was in full embarrassing glory but they couldn't have been nicer! We had porchetta sandwiches, it tastes kind of like carnitas to me, were yummy and nice portions at an affordable price.

“Porchetta was fantastic”
Reviewed 1 week ago

Great paninis, just a stone's throw from the Vatican. It is open all afternoon, which was handy for our late lunch. Porchetta (some kind of roast baby pork) was great. Staff spoke good English, menu was clear.
Awful loud music, though!

“Excellent Panini”
Reviewed 1 week ago via mobile

Stumbled across this gem on our way to St. Peter's Basilica.

Serving excellent Panini at a very reasonable price. For the 4 Of us, we paid Less than 25 Eur

The people serving us were excellent and our order was brought to us promptly.

You have the option to do a take away or dine in. Only challenge is the very limited seating.

“Great Breakfast / Snack Spot”

Really nice small place for paninis close to St. Peter's Basilica. Fresh and tasty - unfortunately they don't serve coffee but you can bring your own :)

“A Gem”
Reviewed 3 weeks ago via mobile

Wow!!! This little gem of a takeaway restaurant is excellent. Great value for money with excellent quality sandwiches and salami. The hosts are such a pleasure and so entertaining that I actually believe this takeaway restaurant exceeds the value of a full blown restaurant.
