I stayed here for 4 nights on my way back from Greece to Spain just as Rome was sweltering in a heat wave. The location of the apartment is very good, located in the Trasevere area which has many interesting restaurants, cafes and bars. It's all a bit touristy though, but the owner will direct you to the best local places. The apartment itself is tiny, I was there on my own so it wan't really an issue however a couple would find it cozy and any more would find it cramped. The bedroom is downstairs in what would have been a cellar. It was nicely cool down there however it was a little damp and musty smelling. It's also worth noting that the bedroom is reached down a winding and steep stairway which makes the property unsuitable for those with mobility challenges. The wifi did not work for the duration of my visit, although the owner reported this to Vodafone but they failed to fix it. I also found it very difficult to get a mobile phone signal in the property. The place is OK, I dare say it's a little bit more shabby than chic. But I think it's a bit pricey for what you get, there seem to be other options in the same area which appear nicer for less money. However I specifically wanted a place with a proper bath tub rather than just a shower, which is why I booked this property above others. The owner is a very nice American lady, she allowed me to check out late which was very helpful.
