This is a lovely home. Think more AirBNB than hotel.
The owner is very personable and helpful.
My husband and I only spent 2 nights as we passed through Roma.
The location is quiet. The metro and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk.
The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
You choose your breakfast time when you check in - I unfortunately did not check the time of our tour at the Vatican (very early) and had to ask for breakfast to be at 7 instead of 8:30. That was a bit early for them, but they were quick to (10pm) accommodate and brought a tray of fruit, cakes, yogurt and juice which we kept in the fridge for the morning! There is a heating cane, coffee and tea in the room. We did have a full breakfast served the morning we left and it was very good.
Parking was not a problem for us - we parked on the street out in front of the building. There is a parking garage not to far away.
Remember this is not a hotel. There isn't a front desk where you can get immediate help with such issues like a hair dryer that does not work at 6:30 in the morning. Spending the day in Roma with a bad hair day was....well you know!
