This is a great hotel because it is small, quiet and personal. (Only 5 rooms) The room was very well appointed, you get a good breakfast in the room, which is brought at a time of you choosing. It is a former embassy and highly secure in a residential area. The Metro is nearby with one stop to the centre of Rome. Great!

Room tip: All the rooms are quiet and very well appointed and very private.

I stayed for 3 nights --- the Suite Oriani was comfortable, spotless, and welcoming, an oasis in the city. It absolutely deserves all of the excellent rankings and reviews. Elena was lovely, always bringing breakfast with a smile. I will definitely stay again if I need a place in Parioli.

Spent three nights in the most delightful house with Alessandro the owner. It is perfect for just walking into town or staying local. Plenty of excellent restaurants and wine bars. Nothing was too much trouble to please. Will certainly return.

We found this place in TripAdvisor and based on comments and the location we decided to use Suite Oriani as our operation center for our tour of Rome.
The Suites are located in a quiet upper class neighborhood not far from several embassies. So a very safe location to walk around any time day or night.

The Suites occupy a portion of a 1930s villa and the rooms are comfortable and modern. Only 5 suites, 3 up and 2 on the ground level. Steps are narrow and steep. So if you have mobility issues, request a ground floor. There are still a few steps up to the entry door, but they are wide and not steep.

No restaurant but plenty of good choices in the surrounding neighborhood. A simple Euro style breakfast is brought to the room each morning. Staff is friendly and speak fluent English.

Location relative to the sites is great. Also close to a subway line that connects to the Rome metro system.

Don't hesitate to come here for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The communication with Alessandro was good and clear since the beginning. He helped us book taxi from/to airport which was very easy and fast way to reach the villa.
The villa looks renewed/ repainted..all clean and beautiful.
Alessandro gave us full indications on where to eat, how to travel around the city etc. I needed gluten free diet and they bought special food for me. We felt cold during the first night and next day he brought us a heater.
The entire staff was very kind and polite.
I definetely recommend Suite Oriani for a great stay. You can count on Alessandro for anything.
