“Great location”

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were greeted by very friendly staff, and taken to the ancient wine cellar for a glass of wine and bite of tiramisu while they processed our paperwork. They gave us a complimentary upgrade. Our room was very large, with a completely remodeled bathroom (including heated floor). There was a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor with great views. Complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location was fantastic--just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, metro. Great place. Highly recommend it!

Our family of four stayed in the two garden rooms for six nights in January and had a lovely stay. The location just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum was perfect for us - it was incredible to step out every morning and find ourselves in the heart of the ancient city, and it was also very easy to get around to all of the other sights either on foot or by taxi. Even in winter, when we were largely able to avoid the crowds, seeing Rome can involve a lot of walking and climbing, and we were happy to collapse back at the Inn after a day of sightseeing. Although there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood, the Inn also serves a limited menu in the fourth-floor lounge, and on several evenings we just stayed in and enjoyed eating a delicious pasta by the fireplace. Our rooms were beautifully equipped and very comfortable, and the hotel staff could not have been more thoughtful or attentive - I cannot imagine we would ever choose to stay anywhere else in Rome.

Stayed here for 6 nights over New Year with my wife, we know Rome pretty well so the location is great for the places we wanted to spend our time. Hotel is tucked away so well you would not stumble across it.

The check in was good, we stayed in an executive room, was on a low floor which worried me a little but as no street noise it was fine, we had a family above us with 2 kids and we were woken a lot by the kids running up and down the room above but not bad enough to ask for a room change.

Rooms itself was big and well apointed for an onld building, very nice bed and slept well.

Breakfast was good; however as the hotel was full we were twice turned away as they had no space for us, one day we passed a lady sitting on the hotel stairs eating her breakfast as she too could not get a table. The breakfast room itself is big enough but filled with three giant sofa type settings, better use of the space would solve this issue. Barbara at breakfast was very nice and clearly worked very hard to make it run as best she could.

Concierge were great, very helpful indeed

Would return

Room Tip: top floor rooms to avoid the noise from above

Not so easy to find if your taxi drops you off 2 streets away as there's no sign outside, but once you do find it and you're inside, it's simply gorgeous. We were greeted with a cool glass of Prosecco and a homemade tiramisu to relax and chill on arrival before being shown to our room - lovely touch. Room 303 - the jacuzzi bath is a god send after a day on your feet. The room was beautifully decorated, the mini bar well stocked and the toiletries in the bathroom lovely too. The breakfast and bar area was just one floor up and the array of food for breakfast was very decent. The staff couldn't be more polite and friendly.

The location is perfect for sight seeing with the ancient stuff on your doorstep and everything else just a short walk away.

Room Tip: The lift is tiny and slow, so if you don't like stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor.

A classy, understated hotel that's not easy to find (which makes it feel more exclusive) with large individually designed rooms of real quality, and exceptional staff. The breakfast is exceptional, with Barbara and her staff preparing a sumptuous and exquisite buffet and superb coffee delivered with real warmth and care. Barbara is one of the finest hotel staff I've ever had the good fortune to stumble across. She made every morning an absolute pleasure.
