We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and comfortable & very Italian - lots of marble and gold paint - I would describe as shabby chic.
The bed was rather firm, but comfortable. The shower was excellent. We had a room at the back on the 6th floor. There was no view, but the room was incredibly quiet, even with the window open, and it was good to get away from the hustle & bustle of Rome. There was also air conditioning.
The hotel had free wi-fi which worked well. There were no English TV channels.
Breakfast selection was good - cereals, yogurts, bacon & scrambled eggs, cold meats & cheeses, salad, fresh fruit, juices and pastries. We did not eat in the restaurant at night. The restaurant is on the 7th floor with good views across the rooftops and great for watching sunrise!
The hotel is well situated - 15-20 minute walk to Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps. Turn right at the front door, then left on Via Veneto & keep heading downhill to the centre. It is also on a main bus route and close to hop on / hop off bus route. There were many restaurants within easy walking distance.More
