We were in Rome for a short stay and stayed at the Lincoln apartment. It was near the Vatican which we enjoyed being close to. The apartment was very roomy, bright and modern. It had a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The air conditioning and wi-fi were great. The kitchen facilities were sufficient although we didn't cook. It had 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with 2 showers so was nice for multiple people. The elevator was handy and it had lots of outlets.
The beds were a little hard and although there was closet space there was little room to put folded clothes or they could use suitcase stands if the stay is short. Otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again. There is so much more room than staying at a hotel.

We stayed in Lincoln apartment for 4 days in August 2014 after returning from Assisi. The apartment is near the metro station Ottaviano. The photos showed in the website are exactly the same as the apartment. The apartment with all amenities, likes you are at home. There is an extra cost (€25) if you check-in after 20:00. Giacomo who passed the keys to us and explained clearly what we need to take notes during our stay. There are refuse sorting rubbish bins in the apartment, it encourages the guests to sort out the garbage from different wastes. The guest is also required to put the garbages to the rubbish bins near the apartment when checking out.
I would like to say thank you to Giacomo. He was so kind to give me advice and helped me to make the appointment with the doctor in Rome as I was suffered skin abnormal reaction from insect bitted when I was in Spain. I would recommend Lincoln apartment to my friends.
