Ate here after a tiring day because it was next door to where we are staying and had a reasonable rep. The antipasti of verdure griliate was good, but we had to ask the waiter to bring some oil and balsamic. The pasta (paccheri) was ok, and the mango con funghi very tasty, but the waiter didn't seem to hear our order for patate al forno to go with it. When we told him he did ensure it was brought quickly. Nice wine list for good prices, and tiramisu was light and well balanced (though it might have had a little more marsala in it). All in all, we would probably have gone for a 4- on the food/value front, but the way the waiter seemed to be caught up in some sort of tension with one of the others and so became distracted from attending properly brings the score down. (I would say the other waiters seemed pleasant and attentive, and even ours eventually seemed to relax, but he was like a sprung coil much of the time.) The restaurant was quite busy, but the food did come promptly. I would recommend the food if you are nearby, but I would n't necessarily make a special trip there.
