It's a very small take on Cinque Terre, but not that different, small cottages and a nice bay. Good option for a short bus trip!

Boccadasse is one of my fave spots in Genova. Not just because I live near there, but the colorful old buildings, the stones and rocks, the alleys that lead you to a small castle and an higher point to enjoy sunset....everything makes this pictoresque area so unique. I would recommend a pic nic on the stones in the afternoon, enjoy the birds around and the atmosphere, then go up for a walk and observe sunset by the highest spot through the alleys. Awesome :)
I'd also recommend to taste artisan beer sold in a pub in the alley close to gelateria amedeo.

Bocadasse can be visited by a 45 minute walk along the boulevard from Genova. While slightly overrated as #1 attraction, the old fishing village definitely has some authentic charm and cosines. Few restaurants and bars along a small pebbles beach. Some houses lack proper maintenance. Very popular with locals during weekends.

Even if it is not located in the main centre of Genova, there is a great view from here. It is also a very romantic and unique place.
