Beautiful hotel with an old world feel. Super easy to go across the street and board the Cinque Terra train. Easy walk to restaurants. Friendly staff. Pretty rooms and the breakfast room was a real treat.....wait till you see the view. You can also reserve a parking space.

We stayed here for our visit to cinque terre and Pisa. Train station is literally right across the hotel. It’s a 7min train to the first village (Riomaggiore) in cinque terre and a 1 hr train to Pisa. Hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. Only minor drawback is the funny lift they have that only fits less than 5 people at any one time and there is only 1 lift. The can be a queue when everyone comes back from cinque Terre at the same time.

Stayed one night here recently to visit cinque Terra ! Got the train from Frienze took about two hours but when we arrived it took one minute to walk to the hotel ! Decent location about 10 minutes walk into the town and maybe another 5 to the harbour where you get the boat to all the town's in the Finale Terra! Great breakfast upstairs also and room size really good and a great price also!

After a sub standard stay in Venice we arrived here and what a breath of fresh air. Stayed in the deluxe - lots of space, modern facilities, kettle, strong shower, air con, etc. Good breakfast served 7 - 10. Staff were friendly. And located next to the train station so easy to reach and then to explore Cinque Terre.
The only issue was the lift - a bit small and had a weird extra door at each level.

This hotel is just steps from the central train station. A welcome location after a day walking and hiking the Cinque Terre.

The pier is about a 10 minute walk away.

Rooms by the elevator can be noisy but the most challenging feature is the location of the breakfast room. You take the elevator part way and walk up 32 stairs. Not everyone is a hiker and this can be challenging.

The hotel is steps from a self serve laundromat which is very handy!! It is also at the top end of the pedestrian zone.

Convenience and location are its strengths.

Dear Judy,

thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us.

We are delighted to hear that you found our location handy to explore our beautiful city and the breathtaking Cinque Terre. We are sorry although to hear that your breakfast experience has been challenging; we are aware of the difficulties determined by the building configuration and we are in the process of completing a brand new spacious breakfast room on the lower floors. In the meantime, we do offer our guests with mobility difficulties the possibility of serving breakfast in our bar area upon request.

We look forward to welcoming you back with us in the nearest future.
