This small hotel in an ancient building was perfect for us. We stayed over a freezing few days and stopped back in our room to warm up and regroup often. Our room was lovely and like others said had the best bathroom around. The owners were quiet yet friendly and were helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was lovely and had homemade hazelnut cookies I loved and great coffee. We were just so happy here, we heard opera at night and bells in the morning in a ancient Italian town. From an American standpoint the wifi was fast and had CNN on the tv in English which I almost wish they didn't!! I honestly don't know what more you could ask for. Also a wonderful restaurant they recommended was literally 20 feet from the front door Franco. We loved bergamo and this place just made it perfect.

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends in September. Overall, a centrally located family hotel, very pleasant experience.

Our rooms (5 of them) were all clean and comfortable, big enough for couples. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Location in the heart of the old town is great, some minor issues regarding parking though if you are traveling with your own car.

Bathrooms were modern, good wifi connection and breakfast was plentiful. Within a 10 minutes walking distance you will find numerous lovely restaurants and some bars, Plenty to do during one weekend.

Parking was somewhat of a challenge, since there is no room for parking, but a few blocks away there is plenty of space. Also, we had our little adventure with the navigator, since the streets of old Bergamo are extremely narrow.

Would we stay here again if we would visit Bergamo? Yes, indeed.

We stayed at this hotel a few days ago and for 2 nights. The hotel is situated in the historical part of the city which is very conviniet. If you go by car they provide you with a parking permission to park nearby. Though.. the rooms facing the street are very very noisy... also, you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the elevator that means you have to carry your own luggage because there is nobody offering to help you.. the breakfast was Ok but nothing more.. BUT the worst thing about the hotel are the owners themselves! Never smiling.. they made you feel uninvited.. as if they were not happy to have clients...I think maybe they should retire ...

Room Tip: don't choose a room facing the main street!

We stayed for two nights in the Delux Room, which was spacious and nicely decorated, facing inner courtyard on one side and the side street on the other. The room was very quiet despite being located in the middle of the town. All in all a great accommodation, spacious bathroom with a nice rain shower, great breakfast and most of all - a perfect location!

Had long weekend in Pergamon with friends and stayed in the hotel. I rate 5 for location and 3+ for hotel. Rooms are quite clean, but furnitures need some maintenance. You could hear noises from corridor and from other rooms. That may disturbe if you are sensitive sleeper. Also, church bells started at 7.30 and ring every half hour. Beds are ok, but planket is "Italian" without full cover of the planket - only sheet. Breakfast was ok eventhough quite simple. Wifi worked fine.

Dear sir, we are sorry that you found our rooms noisy. We are located on the main street of the historical centre and all around there are church with bells, and no windows can keep the sound outside ! About blanket, our is a typical historical house hotel and so we have typical Italian covers, that means that you find sheet, wool blanket in middle season or duvet during the winter, and then a bedcover of the same color of the bedhead.
