A real family-run restaurant with a true desire to please. All the food was excellent, but the venison was the best I ever had. Everyone in our group had a wonderful meal. Save room for desserts!

An unpretentious front entrance, but a typically lively Italian restaurant inside. Great patron squeezed in the eight (golfers) of us. Very full. Wide food and wine choice, enjoyed by all.

At first glance, we were unimpressed with the frontage of this local Restuarant, but upon entering we were pleasantly surprised by the intimate feel of the dining rooms.

We ordered a delicious, and well priced Brunello to start and marveled at the numerous unique food options. That said, their menu is flanked with tons of fish options, veal, venison and lamb, truffles and octopus name a few, so if your taste buds aren't open to such mature offerings, you may have a rough go at it.

However, they do have homemade pasta and I chose a plate of prosciutto and a caprese salad which was quite filling; while others had the veal piccata and lamb chops. All very delicious and beautifully prepared.

The staff too, are lovely and charming and not only offered suggestions but were very accommodating. So glad we came upon this unassuming restaurant. Reservations help.

This is a restaurant with no street presence but a beautiful interior with a lovely garden patio. We knew we were somewhere special when we entered and passed by an order of risotto being stirred inside a whole parmesan cheese. The menu is wonderful and we wanted to have multiple courses so we asked to share each course and there was no resistance to that request. The risotto was magnificent. Everything was superb.
We went to dine a second time because we wanted to have more of the menu. It was a wise decision.

A wonderful evening. My lake fish sauteed and delicious. No problem peeling the meat away from the bone. My wife had the perch on the bed of risotto. Fairly crowded with locals and a great time.
