Really interesting site. Fabulous views of the lake as well. Defo worth getting the castle combo ticket.

Walked around for a short time shortly before it was due to close. Small museum but a nice area to walk around and great location on the peninsular into the lake.

A piece of well conserved history and amazing view of the mountains, particularly in December when they are covered in snow.

The staff at the ticket office seemed annoyed with us. The site itself has sooooo much potentiel but it isn't very animated. We did go in march so maybe it's better in the summer. It was a very nice walk and if you look for the interesting and fun facts you can Find them. The views are lovely. There is an olive patch but i don't know what they do with olives... i would recommend this place because what better to do than visit roman ruins in italy but maybe more in summer

I do not share the enthusiasm of most reviewers. If you have the time to visit the end of the peninsula, this is a nice way to spend the rest of the day, but this is hardly the the Number One attraction in town.
The ruin is substantial, but it is mostly fundament and extensive foundations. The view from the peninsula is distant but nice. The gardens are also nice, but hardly memorable.
