Everything was really nice: food was incredible (you should definitely try picanha), the place was very super nice and personnel is incredibly fun! A must try!

Star cook Natalia delivers the very best of the Brazilian kitchen - definitely the best Picanha in the city!

Very friendly staff, tropical atmosphere - Brazilians will feel at home!

I'm Brazilian and I can tell this is the best one I've eaten in the world! Also the best service. Mr. Lucio & Mrs. Natalia (and their staff) make everybody feel at home. The best "pao de queijo"... I'm still dreaming about their food.
The restaurant is very clean, beautiful.
I really recommend an evening there (best make a reservation, because the restaurant gets crowded even during the week).
Next time I'll be in Milano, for sure will reserve another great time there.

I'm sorry to say we had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I'll be positive first and say that the food was excellent (if not quite over-priced) but that was the one positive we could take from the experience. We chose not to have the €36 all you can eat (including aperitivo buffet) and chose three plates priced at €30 and €25, without the buffet included. However we were told once by one waiter to help ourselves to the buffet and obviously we were unsure, having seen that the buffet wasn't included with our meals. So we asked again (maybe in hindsight we should have been clearer and said "will you charge us extra if we eat the buffet" but instead we just said "can we" and the waiter said we could and didn't mention anything about prices.

Lo and behold we got to the bill and they had charged us an extra €45 (€15 per person) for the buffet aperitivo. Just to give you an idea of how crazy this is: the all you can eat meal including a buffet cost €36 and in the end our dishes cost €45 and €40 (not all you can eat). Obviously we contested this with the waiter who then told us the manager was offering us a measly €10 reduction. We weren't happy and went to speak to him but he refused to admit any fault at all on behalf of the restaurant, saying we should have known we would be charged something as there wasn't a buffet included with our meal. My response - you have charged us WRONGLY because there is no price for a buffet on your menu and not forgetting the fact that both their waiters said we could eat and blatantly didn't tell us it was going to cost us.

In the end we said we weren't going to come back and he had the cheek to shout at us because he claimed he was being nice by knocking off a further €15 (in total €25 out of the €45 that should never have been charged). In summary good food spoiled by terrible customer service!

This is owner-run not a glitzy brand. So it has charm in spades. The food is good quality, homely and plentiful and served with big smiles. The staff want you to enjoy! On the wall there are lots of photos of famous Brazilian guests - footballers and models included. Saturday nights are lively judging by the photos. The price is high even for Milan but you should skip lunch and go with an empty stomach so as to manage all the courses!
