I wasn’t sure what to expected when I booked my room at the Sheraton Four-Points in Milan, it was my first time staying at a Four Points by Sheraton, but it certainly exceeded any expectations I might had.
The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Milan Center Station, the Hotel has just the right amities to make you feel very confortable.
The rooms are on the small side but very clean and modern with nice bathrooms, and the staff is incredibly friendly!
I definitely enjoyed my stay and most certainly will come again!!

Incredibly friendly, professional, and personable check in staff. Close to the Central Railway station, (about 3 city blocks). Across the street from the railway station is the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Great way to see the beautiful Milan sites including the Doumo and city center shopping area.
When I came downstairs Saturday morning looking for coffee and a muffin / pastry, I learned the café didn't open until 10:00 am and I didn't want the full breakfast buffet, one of the young ladies at the front desk surprised me by ordering coffee and biscotti room service brought to me at my chair in the lobby. I can't wait to again spend a weekend at this hotel.
The wait staff at the restaurant for dinner was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed a laugh when I mis-read an item in the Italian dinner menu for one of the meat items.
