We stayed at IBIS Milano Centro for 4 nights in July 2019. As a family with young kids, we were quite happy at IBIS. Hotel is modern and well taken care of. If I had to pass some suggestions however I would say that they need to do something about ants in the room, as our room was invaded with ants and we had no food in the room. Perhaps the previous guests had food?!
As written in previous reviews, the reception area does get busy with plenty of people checking in at the same time. Even breakfast - too busy. It is a really big hotel and although employees are always working their heart out to serve customers, it always seems as if there are never enough staff.
Hats off to the employees as they really do their best. The reception staff were even really helpful in suggesting trips and restaurants for us, and explaining our way around the city.
Price-wise it was worth the money we paid and I do recommend the hotel and its dining options.

If a good and cheap accomodation is what you need while being close enough to the city then this is the one. The rooms provide all the comforts you expect in this category with helpful enough staff. The breakfast is suitable and would recommend it to anyone staying here and if they need a full meal in the morning. Nothing great but would stay here again if visiting.
