The Hotel Berna is conveniently located within a short walk ( really a few steps) from the Metro and the train station/ Even so, it is a quiet location. The staff are all courteous and helpful. The decor is very pleasing; not ostentatious and enough traditional aesthetics if you prefer character over minimalist contemporary. The breakfast is extraordinary; amongst the most variety that I've ever experienced. The scrambled eggs were real eggs and deliciously moist. Next time I visit Milano, I'll stay here rather than other places that I had stayed in Milano. and remarkably...they did not charge me for my first night of a three night stay when the airlines took a whole extra day to get me to Milano. Another great relief for me was that they allowed my luggage to stay securely in the hotel after I had checked out. Thank you Hotel Berna!!! When I come again, I'll most assruedly stay with you. An extremely satisfied guest.

A quick business trip to Milan. Booked this hotel for its location and price. The hotel goes the extra mile for its guests. Easy to find, clean rooms and well presented. Reception is quick, efficient and friendly.
The pre arrival email linking to website for the final touches, pillows, room temperature and free mini bar drinks was a really nice touch.
