Stayed here for 3 nights last week. Overall not bad but definitely areas to improve.

Checkin - reasonably smooth & quick.

Room - we had a room on the 9th floor. Spacious & comfy king sized bed. Nice bathroom work separate shower. Basic toiletries. We got some compliments satsumas & a bottle of water on day 2. Decent tea & coffee selection provided.

Gym, pool & spa - clean & open till 11pm. Plenty of towels. They have separate steam & sauna in male & female changing room. The pool is decent size but they do need some more lighting in there as it's very dark after sunset.

Breakfast - biggest disappointment. Poor selection for a supposed four star hotel. They had 4 hot items only with scrambled eggs in 2 trays . They will prepare omelettes for you. There's a decent bakery selection & the fresh orange juice was excellent. The staff were all friendly.

Wifi - free through out

Parking - €20 / night in the car park or free parking on the road outside

We stayed in the hotel 4 nights and we had a wonderful stay. 5 min walking distance from the bus stop to Milan Center (1,5€/person each way or you can buy the 24h pass - they don’t sell the tickets in the bus but you may buy them in Hotel Reception, for bus, subway or train). Out of center’s caos but close enough to go there everyday (30min bus trip, bus every 10min).
We have chosen the cheapest room and it was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and a bathroom that fits perfectly the room size. Also the swimming pool it’s big enough to swim if you would like to and it’s open until 11pm! The gym it’s not big but very well equipped.
The staff was really friendly and helpful, specially Laura! She went to the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to have a memorable stay.
Nevertheless, we did not try the restaurant, breakfast or room service, we considered it too expensive considering the “hundred” other options you have nearby or in the city center.
We totally recommend the Hotel and we’ll be back if we return to Milan.

We hope you have the luck we had!

The hotel is in "Italian" terms, in the City Center. But still in the suburb and a long way from the real city centre and the resturants. Not many nice resturants near. Small local supermarked close, with everything you need is great. It was our first time in Italy and i must say we had to pull every information out of the staff in the reception. They were not very helpfull. The guys in the bar was very nice thou. The cleaning was good and the mini bar and coffee in the roooms was okay. The pool is dreadfull ... really small, witout ventilation and warm. The pictures cheat on that point. The breakfast was lovely.. but also extremely expensive.
