We stayed just the 1 night and had a breakfast and dinner package at a very reasonable rate. Room 615 had view of the square and central station. Size was good with comfy bed and privacy in the bathroom. Noise was not a factor, cleanliness was good and excellent service.
Dinner and breakfast were very good especially in catering for the one pre-advised special diet with plenty of options. Quality of food was positive.
Excellent value and quality, and would stay here again without hestitation

The hotel has a good location very close to Milan Centrale from where you can reach the Malpensa airport easily by train. Hotel itself is quite new, rooms are small but ok so far. If you have a room to the Piazza the view is really nice. Windows are soundproof.
Unfortunately I had to made a bad experience at this hotel. After checking-out and changing the hotel because the Glam hotel was fully booked for the rest of my stay I noticed in my new hotel that I forgot a couple of jackets and pants in the wardrobe. I returned to the hotel the same evening but housekeeping wasn't on duty anymore so they told me I will get a call next morning. On the next day the housekeeping called me and told me that they found a couple of cloth in my wardrobe and I could pick it up. So I returned and they gave me 2 jackets and 1 pant but I was still missing two more jackets. They claimed that they hadn't found any more cloth in the room. So I am still missing one Valentino bomber jacket and another brand new jacket from Carhartt. They told me that they cannot double-check the room because it was occupied by another guest already. If they will find something after he checked out they will let me know, but I haven't heard anything from them anymore. So please be careful with your belongings.

Stayed here for 2 nights before moving on .Excellent location near train station and metro.Good clean hotel with breakfast and complimentary evening meal.Would stay here again.With the metro straight outside the door ,it was easy to get around.The area felt quite safe although as with any city you need to be aware of your surroundings
