A modern hotel that very much has a business hotel feel with spacious, clean, well maintained rooms.

However, this is also a family-run establishment which gives the hotel some personality with some very nice aspects. You are warmly welcomed at breakfast and there is an array of freshy baked foods from the delicious cakes to homemade breads. There is also a welcoming bottle of local wine in the room which is a lovely gift to introduce to this wine and food epicentre. The hotel has plenty of parking nearby but is still only a short walk in the city centre.

What a gorgeous family hotel! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here at The Lis, we had 4 nights in the family suite and it was super spacious, extremely clean and felt like we were given the Royal treatment! Our hostess, Caterina, who checked us in, looked after us superbly. We had complimentary fruit, wine, coffee & biscotti and had access to foxtel and wifi! I’d really recommend going to the breakfast hungry as it’s a phenomenal treat! The fresh juices made for you are delish and the hot and cold items scrumptious… the cakes included!! Spotlessly clean with a superb breakfast and very friendly and professional staff. The owner very kindly arranged tickets for the Palio which were awaiting our arrival. This trip had been delayed for over two years because of the pandemic, but we kept in touch with one another during this period and were able to use our original deposit towards the holiday.

The hotel is very well located, being close to the centre of town and close to the railway station. There are many good and reasonably priced restaurants in the vicinity and Asti itself has much to offer in a cultural sense.
