It's a nice and small restaurant and it's very closed two Turin' landmarks: Mole Antonelliana and the Museum of Cinema.
The menu is based on the local tradition but the interpretation is modern and smart due to the use of fresh ingredients and the chef approach.
The restaurant had received various recognitions about cheese, so I decided structuring my dinner on a meat tartare with different herbs and spices as starter, and an assortment of cheese with "cognà" (a local recipe in the half of a sauce and a marmalade based on apple, raisin, other fruits and spices and flavours) as main dishes.
A glass of local red wine Barbaresco was the right company.
