We went to Copa Pan two nights in a row as we loved the service (very friendly) and vibe. This is probably the liveliest bar in town but is not boisterous which suited us just fine.

We also tried the restaurant one of the nights and it paled in comparison to the bar in terms of service (we felt rushed). Food was just ok for us. Ambience was great though.

Would recommend the bar over the restaurant downstairs.

We went out for a few *ahem* social beverages after a hard day's skiing, and there was a band in the Copa Pan. Have to say that they were one of the best we've seen live. The fiddle player had the place hopping. Was a fantastic night out and the staff were great with table service.

Perhaps it was our two children, but we were really not made to feel welcome. Didn't stay for dessert.

We enjoyed the alpine ambiance with live guitar music, but the food was just ok. We've had better and we've had worse. Still a nice evening.

We have just got back from a weeks ski in Cervinia staying at the Mon Reve Hotel which was excellent. The Crystal rep recommended a wine tasting at La Coppa Pan on the Tuesday, this was hosted by Head Waiter Vincenzo who was excellent with a great sense of humour. We all enjoyed it so much we booked a table for our last night and the food was superb. We were also really pleased that Vincenzo looked after us all night even cooking our crepes in front of us which was really entertaining. Great bar upstairs for apres, happy hour 4-5pm. This is one of the more expensive restaurants in Cervinia but well worth it and the restaurant itself is really lovely set in candlelight. Make sure you go and sample it whilst in Cervinia.
